'Lynwood Studio' in Hinchley Wood

Hinchley Wood is a village well suited to people looking to be based within easy commuting distance to London. London Waterloo is just 30 minutes by train from Hinchley Wood station (10 minutes walk). Alternatively you can pick up a fast train from Surbiton station to London Waterloo (15 minutes). There are also excellent road links with the A3 and the M25. Heathrow and Gatwick airports are approximately 40 minutes away.

'Lynwood Studio' is an attractive, ground floor, furnished, self-contained Studio Apartment which can sleep two. Own front door, via owners side-entrance, living room with one double bed and a sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen area with microwave etc, bathroom with power shower, toilet. TV, parking freely available. Bed linen and towels provided. Quiet location with a smallcourtyard and sitting area outside . The woodland area known as Telegraph Hill is a 5 minute walk away. We regret we are unable to accommodate pets nor permit smoking.

Short term lets are availbale at a rent between £250 - £270 per week including electricty and central heating costs. Bookings are from Saturday pm - Saturday am. Rent payable weekly in advance.
